Position Summary
Our state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing plant relies on flawless water and wastewater treatment systems to keep the Fab running without interruption. As a Project Manager for the Water Department, you'll own the full lifecycle of capital projects ranging from system upgrades to large-scale sustainability systems, from concept, design, and permitting through construction, commissioning, and hand-over. You'll supervise engineering and construction contractors, and coordinate with Production, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Finance Teams, driving schedules, budgets, and quality to deliver world-class water-treatment facilities that underpin our fab's reliability, resiliency, and sustainability goals.

Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Oversee all phases of major water infrastructure capital projects from planning and design through construction and commissioning.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities with operations staff to minimize impacts to water system reliability and customer service.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, budget targets, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.
  • Review and approve project documentation, engineering reports, contract documents, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and project meetings to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide leadership in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects that support the department's strategic objectives and long-term sustainability.

Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
  • Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, industrial or other related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum six years of progressive experience in engineering and project management.
  • Experience in heavy industrial environments preferably in a process environment including pumps, piping, process equipment, and controls systems.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor or other high-technology environment preferred.
  • Able to coordinate with a broad group of stakeholders including internal teams and external contractors.
  • Strong Safety Culture.

The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
