Job Summary:

They are seeking a Consultant โ€“ Project Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and manage IAM-related projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery while maintaining alignment with the broader cybersecurity strategy.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity and IAM projects with enterprise-wide impact
โ€ข Own IAM workstreams
โ€ข Provide project status reporting and budget tracking.
โ€ข Manage RAID logs.
โ€ข Build executive-level reporting materials.
โ€ข Clearly articulate project risk, trade-offs, funding needs, and timeline impacts to senior leadership.
โ€ข Drive cross-functional alignment across security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.
โ€ข Drive execution and delivery across all projects.
โ€ข Support IAM and security-related platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader cybersecurity strategy
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects, including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility
โ€ข Experience operating within a formal PMO structure, reporting into senior leadership, and adhering to enterprise governance standards
โ€ข Proven ability to develop and present to leadership.
โ€ข Strong experience communicating project risk, defending timelines, and navigating funding discussions under pressure.
โ€ข Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security-adjacent platform environments.
โ€ข Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, governance, PAM, SSO, MFA).
โ€ข History of budget oversight, project tracking, and RAID log management.
โ€ข Ability to sequence complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across technical and business teams.
โ€ข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
โ€ข Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
โ€ข PMP certification from PMI and/or Scrum Master certification is a MUST HAVE.
