Scrum Master (SAFe) - Remote

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-profile enterprise initiative within a regulated financial services environment.
  • This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic product and platform enhancements, including integration efforts involving third-party services, APIs, and customer-facing digital experiences.
  • The ideal candidate has strong Agile delivery expertise, experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, and a provenability to facilitate teams, manage risks, and drive execution across complex programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
  • Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
  • Financial services, banking, lending, payments, or credit card industry experience.
  • SAFe Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and metrics.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and program-level coordination activities.
  • Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support program-level planning and backlog refinement activities.
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines within a scaled Agile framework.
  • Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
  • Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team effectiveness and delivery predictability.
  • Monitor delivery progress and maintain project visibility through Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Remove obstacles and help teams maintain focus on sprint and program goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
