The Enterprise Testing Project Manager provides leadership, planning, and execution oversight for N16 Testing initiatives supporting the Navy’s enterprise IT and MyNavy HR transformation efforts. This role is responsible for managing integrated testing activities across multiple systems and releases, including functional, regression, integration, UAT, and release readiness efforts supporting both legacy and modernized capabilities. The Enterprise Testing Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, product owners, system integrators, and stakeholders ensuring alignment between As-Is and To-Be environments, maintaining continuity of operations, managing testing risks and dependencies, and driving disciplined execution across complex technical environments so that new capabilities are validated and legacy systems are safely retired without disruption to the Fleet and Sailor support Key Responsibilities

• Active Secret clearance.

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT solutions into production, including software and/or hardware projects.
• Strong background in Navy or DoD IT environments (Navy specific experience strongly preferred).
• Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk within governance-driven environments, including building and maintaining integrated master schedules, project plans, and communications plans.
• Ability to write and deliver executive level communications and briefings.
• Self starter with strong leadership presence, capable of directing tasks and anticipating engagement needs without prompting.
