Job Description

Summary:

North Highland has an immediate long-term opportunity for an Enterprise Release Coordinator to support initiatives for our Portland office. The selected individual will be working with a leading organization to oversee release management operations for technology releases across multiple internal operating units. This team is key to driving operational excellence across the Enterprise Releases.
The initial duration of the role is 12 months and we offer full benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, training & development allowance, and paid time off.
Responsibilities: 

  1. Enterprise Change Log auditing to ensure change control requirements and standards are met.
  2. Ensure that all releases have the appropriate business sign-offs.
  3. Track and maintain release intake logs
  4. Creating and maintaining release metrics and statistics
  5. Track and maintain weekly release status reports for all release tracks
  6. Preparation of release executive summaries
  7. Support Enterprise Release Managers with facilitation of training and escalations as needed.
  8. Support Enterprise Release team with various projects and initiatives that drives success.
Qualifications
  • Experience in working with a formal project or release management methodology. 
  • Basic influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management
  • Basic understanding of project management processes
  • Basic understanding of release management processes
  • Meeting facilitation and/or public speaking experience is preferred
  • Experience with business process improvement methods (e.g., Lean, ITIL, SAFE) is preferred
  • Experience operating in a global/multi-cultural environment is preferred
