About the Role

We're seeking a Project Manager who brings strong leadership, organizational clarity, and a passion for design-driven outcomes. This role leads architectural projects from early planning through delivery, balancing design intent, technical excellence, budgets, and schedules while supporting team growth and client success.

What You'll Do

Lead projects through all phases-from planning and design through construction and closeout.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and work plans.

Guide and support project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Champion design quality while ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.

Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks, changes, and opportunities.

Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and specialty consultants.

Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates as needed.
