What You’ll Do:

As our Project Manager, you’ll lead and support cross-functional projects from start to finish. Partnering with leaders, teams, and vendors, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


The Details:

  • Location: Hybrid – Must live within a commutable distance to our Lacey, WA office.
  • Pay Range: The range for this position is $80,168.40-114,909.23 annually with a target range of $80,168.40-$95,757.70 annually, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, clearly documenting roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff sessions, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and proactively adjust plans to address risks, issues, or changing priorities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues with recommended solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to support procurement, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, action items, and decision logs.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner with team leaders to define success metrics and provide post-implementation reporting to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to PMO best practices, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have at least three years of experience in project management.
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check. Must be bondable.
  • Experience in financial services or credit union environments is preferred.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or CSM, is preferred.
  • Experience with Jack Henry Symitar and ancillary systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
