Electrical Project Manager

Spratlin Electric

Salary: $92,000 – $110,000 depending on experience

Are you a skilled Electrical Project Manager ready to lead high-impact commercial projects? Spratlin Electric is looking for an experienced PM to oversee project delivery from pre-bid through close-out, while managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules from start to finish
  • Lead and coordinate crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects
  • Conduct daily site inspections and ensure safety/quality standards are met
  • Interface with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors
  • Prepare accurate project documentation, RFIs, and change orders
  • Track labor, materials, and equipment costs to protect profitability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of electrical project management experience
  • Proven track record managing projects $500K–$5M+
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction and MEP coordination
  • Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (experience with ProCore, Touchplan, or similar a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
