Req.) Description Our client in the power solutions and electrical infrastructure industry is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to oversee transformer field operations across a defined region.

This role provides technical and operational leadership for field service crews while partnering directly with customers to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project execution. Unlike hands‐on field roles, this position focuses on people leadership, technical oversight, and customer engagement, while remaining technically strong and available to support complex field challenges. This opportunity offers long‐term stability, consistent project demand, and a balanced schedule with moderate travel.

Regional Field Service Manager (Power Transformers Exp. Req.) Responsibilities Manage field service crews installing, testing, and maintaining power transformers Coordinate scheduling and resource planning to meet project timelines Serve as the primary customer point of contact during field service operations Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field crews as needed Review field work for quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical or operational issues Lead, mentor, and develop field service technicians and crew leaders within the region Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and training requirements Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting Oversee assigned fleet, DOT compliance, and related operational requirements Meet with customers in person and virtually to review scope, progress, and performance Remain available to support field crews and respond to escalations as required Regional Field Service Manager (Power Transformers Exp.
