Project Manager โ€“ Power Systems & Aftermarket Projects


About the Company

Weโ€™re partnering with a market-leading power systems manufacturer in a long-term growth phase. Known for engineering ingenuity and execution excellence, this organization delivers complex projects for customers around the globe.


About the Role

This is a high-impact Project Manager role responsible for leading capital and aftermarket power system projects from contract award through execution. Youโ€™ll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams while serving as the primary customer interface.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex projects, balancing technical, commercial, and customer priorities, and being accountable for real results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own capital and aftermarket contracts, including change orders, with responsibility for margin, risk, and execution
  • Act as the primary customer liaison throughout project execution
  • Develop and drive the Project Quality Plan
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Maintain ownership of project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cash flow reporting


Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (Engineering preferred); MBA a plus
  • 5+ years managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects with full accountability
  • International project experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and scheduling
  • Technical foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and general engineering principles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and matrix-team experience; multi-lingual skills a plus
