Overview: RBO Technology, LLC, a leading security installation company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, and security systems installation, and will be responsible for managing security projects from inception to completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of security installation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and update stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
    • Able to Identify potential projects risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Able to review and understand contracts, Scope of Work and or Change Orders.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, programming languages, and industry best practices.
      • Staying up to date with system familiarity.
  2. Client Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after project implementation.
    • Conduct client training sessions on system operation and maintenance as needed.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of technicians and installers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
  4. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect team members, clients, and property during installation and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, programming, and security system installation.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and security system software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
