Senior Project Manager โ€“ Facilities & Business Operations

East Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)

1+ Year Contract

$100.00-120.00/hour W2

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead a high-profile, multi-year Cash Service Center (CSC) transformation. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed **large facility relocations, operational transitions, and enterprise-wide projects** while building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with exceptional communication skills who can gain buy-in across all levels of the organization, manage competing priorities, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Corporate Real Estate, vendors, and executive leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead multiple large-scale facility relocation and operational transformation projects from planning through execution.
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to drive alignment, decision-making, and project success.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Corporate Real Estate, vendors, and business leadership.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, governance, executive reporting, and KPIs.
  • Oversee technology deployments, logistics, construction activities, and business continuity planning.
  • Support organizational change and ensure a seamless operational transition.

**Required Qualifications**

  • **Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and gain buy-in across all levels of an organization. **
  • Experience managing multiple complex enterprise projects simultaneously.
  • Experience leading large facility relocations, infrastructure projects, or operational transformations.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Experience working with Corporate Real Estate, Operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
