REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful completion of maintenance aptitude test.
  • Successful completion of interview process and Hands on test.
  • Candidate must become a member of the local Union.
  • Must be able to work 10-hour shifts and occasional Overtime.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-directed and motivated.
  • Candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects and issues. Must work well under pressure
  • Candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management.
  • Knowledge and experience including but not limited to Welding, Pipefitting, Rigging and General Mechanical trades
