Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to support on-site operations in Veazie, Maine through a Contract assignment. This position will coordinate project activity across multiple stages, helping teams stay organized, aligned, and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in construction settings and can manage both field-related priorities and office-based coordination with confidence.
Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning and day-to-day coordination to keep work progressing according to established timelines and goals.
• Partner with internal teams throughout each stage of the project to ensure smooth communication, task alignment, and issue resolution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and updates while providing clear status reporting to stakeholders.
• Support scheduling, documentation, and administrative follow-through needed for efficient project execution.
• Apply construction knowledge to anticipate project needs, identify risks, and help maintain quality and site readiness.
• Oversee office-related project support activities, including organizing materials and maintaining essential supplies for ongoing operations.• Prior experience managing projects in a detail-oriented environment, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts effectively.
• Background in construction or closely related project-based work is required.
