Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of financial performance, client relationships, and overall project success.

This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are properly scoped, planned, financially managed, and delivered professionally.

Responsibilities

Preconstruction & Estimating

  • Lead project estimating and scope development
  • Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor bids for accuracy and coverage
  • Build detailed budgets and client facing proposals
  • Identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability issues early
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing and project strategy

Financial Management

  • Own full project financial performance from buyout to closeout
  • Develop and maintain job budgets
  • Track costs, commitments, and projections in real time
  • Manage change orders
  • Maintain profitability and identify issues early

Client Management

  • Serve as primary client contact for the project
  • Build strong relationships that foster trust and repeat work
  • Communicate updates and issues clearly
  • Manage expectations and overall client satisfaction

Project Coordination

  • Execute projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate work around active operations, staff, and residents
  • Align resources - materials, trades, and timelines
