We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives focused on reporting, business intelligence (BI), process improvement, system optimization, operational execution, and data cleanup.

This is a high-visibility role for a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and leading cross-functional teams. You will serve as a key partner to leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology and operational initiatives across multiple agencies/business units.
  • Manage schedules, risks, blockers, escalations, logistics, and quarterly delivery goals.
  • Develop and present executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and bi-weekly program updates covering budget, progress, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain BI reporting and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and strengthen reporting accuracy.
  • Lead system and data cleanup efforts, ensuring inventory accuracy, reporting integrity, and optimized workflows.
  • Partner with agency leadership and technical teams to coordinate technology deployments, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and coordination across teams to ensure professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Support inventory planning, purchasing coordination, and operational reporting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in IT, infrastructure, operations, desktop deployment, endpoint lifecycle, asset management, or enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Executive reporting & BI dashboards
    • Process improvement & workflow optimization
    • Data cleanup, reporting accuracy, and operational analytics
    • Cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, or similar reporting tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading technology deployment, infrastructure, or enterprise operational programs.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.
  • Experience supporting government, municipal, or enterprise environments.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
