Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Internal Client Services team within Global Operations. Youll play a handson role delivering highquality, techenabled research projects, working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and helping clients make better decisions.


This role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork. The successful candidate must be based in Ontario, Canada.

About the Role:


As a Project Manager, youll be handson delivering complex, highquality online quantitative research projects. From endtoend scoping, setup, fieldwork, and through to deliver, while working as a trusted daytoday partner for key client accounts.


What youll be doing:


  • Owning and delivering highcomplexity research projects from setup to completion.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks and fieldwork across multiple projects.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Supporting questionnaire design, feasibility and project planning.
  • Mentoring colleagues and sharing best practice across the team.
