Job description

Stinger is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead national fleet installation projects for Stinger’s Commercial Division. This role manages all installation related projects from start to finish and ensures projects stay within scope, on time, and within budget. This role ensures timely delivery of equipment, systems, and site installations across distribution and sortation facilities, driving operational efficiency and scalability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end installation projects across middle mile sites, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Own KPI tracking and financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Monitor project metrics, milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues to prevent delays.
  • Lead progress meeting with the team to capture milestone updates and identify opportunities; anticipate and mitigate risk points
  • Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and installation quality to meet company standards.
  • Oversee coordination and communication between vendor, site management and installation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation processes and overall program efficiency.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics coordination, field installation, or operations.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required (or in progress).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.


Hours – Full Time: Monday – Friday with the abilityto work variableextended hours; may include travel at times which can include evenings and/or weekends.


Travel: 5 to 10% travel during project deployment
