What is a project manager master electrician?

A Project Manager Master Electrician is a highly skilled electrician who has obtained master-level certification and also manages and oversees electrical projects. This role combines technical expertise in electrical systems with leadership responsibilities, such as supervising teams, scheduling tasks, ensuring code compliance, and coordinating with clients and other contractors. Project Manager Master Electricians are responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, often in commercial or industrial settings. Their extensive knowledge and experience allow them to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure that all electrical work meets safety and quality standards.

What are some common challenges faced by project manager master electricians when balancing project management duties with hands-on technical responsibilities?
