Job description

LMN is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, excels at team leadership, and values a collaborative project environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and foster a collaborative working relationship across the project team, clients, and consultants
  • Develop and manage project fee proposals, including detailed scopes and work plans
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and consultant coordination
  • Lead contract negotiation and administration
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
  • Maintain quality control and ensure project documentation meets firm standards
  • Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
  • Mentor and support the professional development of team members
  • Perform other duties as needed to support project and firm success

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture required
  • 10+ years of professional experience across a range of architectural project types
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead teams effectively
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and financial performance
  • Strong organizational skills and thorough understanding of design and construction processes
  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability practices, integrated design, and LEED
  • Experience with alternative project delivery methods preferred

Office & Hybrid HoursLMN's standard work schedule is 40 hours per week. Employees collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Fridays are hybrid workdays that allow employees to work in the office, from home, or another location of their choice. Core work hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing flexibility for employees to structure their schedules around personal commitments and commuting.
CompensationThis is a salaried position with a pay range of $105,000 - $140,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
BenefitsLMN offers medical, dental, and vision insurance to employees and their families, along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Depending on the employee's choice of health insurance coverage, a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and a Health Savings Account (HSA) are available, as well as a Dependent Care FSA for employees with eligible dependents. Employees are also covered by long-term disability insurance and group term life insurance. After meeting eligibility requirements, employees may enroll in the LMN 401(k) plan, which includes discretionary matching and profit-sharing contributions.
