Overview

The Ecommerce Intern supports the Ecommerce team with day-to-day operations and special projects. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail, where technology, merchandising, and marketing come together to shape the customer experience. The Ecommerce Intern collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributes to real projects, and gains valuable insights into how a successful ecommerce business operates day to day.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Conduct quality checks for product data accuracy, images, and descriptions
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure a consistent and engaging online experience
  • Analyze product presentation, filtering, and navigation to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Research ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and best practices
  • Participate in meetings and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
