  • Mentor and develop team members, helping elevate the next generation of designers
  • Contribute to winning work, supporting proposals, interviews, and client engagement

How You'll Lead

In this role, you will:

  • Direct projects from early visioning through construction administration and closeout, ensuring continuity of design intent and quality of construction
  • Coordinate consultants and manage technical integration/coordination across multiple disciplines
  • Lead project reviews and guide teams through complex problem-solving
  • Facilitate communication between clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams, including coordination with federal, state, and local authorities as required.
  • Navigate public-sector and federal agency project requirements, review processes, and stakeholder engagement to support successful project delivery.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate ideas and solutions
  • Oversee project planning, staffing, and execution to ensure successful outcomes

Who You Are

You are a collaborative and confident leader who brings clarity, empathy, and decisiveness to your work. You understand that great projects are built on strong relationships-and you know how to build and sustain them.

You bring:

  • A passion for community impact though high quality design
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Confidence navigating complex projects, teams, and stakeholder groups
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and sound professional judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • A commitment to mentoring others and fostering a positive team culture
