DESCRIPTION
Our design team works with the largest companies in the world to help them revolutionize their manufacturing processes. We take great pride in our commitment to finding innovative solutions that drive real results. Program Managers in Solutions play a crucial role in our organization, as they are responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our most complex projects for our key customers. They work closely with Sales and Estimating, Finance, Project Engineers, and the customer to ensure solid communication and oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish, including financial management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Key leader supporting the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer communications and meetings with external customers & Invio personnel.
  • Support project engineers with defining project scope, schedule, goals, and deliverables that achieve customer expectations.
  • Establish/maintain all project timing, financial aspects, and key milestones within the ERP system.
  • Manage the overall project/program team to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Monitor and manage customer requirements, quality, cost, and timing elements of assigned projects.
  • Manage customer POs, billing, and invoicing. Create project numbers for new projects.
  • Must display exceptional oral and written communication skills with all customers and internal Invio employees.
  • Work concurrently on one or more projects of moderately complex scope.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver progress reports.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, generate ECO's as necessary, and identify potential crises and create contingency/recovery plans.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all activities and provide efficient service to customers.
  • Schedule activities to complete assigned tasks and projects, communicate and document requisite information per established Invio Automation policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.
