Job Description
Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of small, medium, and/or large-scale projects. Work may be performed on a single project or multiple projects at one time. Work is performed with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Effectively apply project management methodologies and best practices
  • Identify resources needed and make recommendations to management for associates to address needs
  • Review high-level project related documents before passing along to stakeholders
  • Perform risk analysis and minimize risk exposure across multiple projects
  • Direct activities with other departments and divisions to meet project objectives
  • Assist in mentoring and training newer project managers, project leads, and senior project leads
  • Ensure that projects meet stakeholder objectives 8. Deliver project presentations to team members, stakeholders, and executives
  • Participate in project operational duties as needed based on the demands of the team
  • Travel and attend meetings and seminars as required
  • Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere upon request

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or several years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active participation in project management continuing education is preferred
  • Exhibit strong levels of organization, communication, and leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms and possess good problem resolution skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized project presentations to various levels of the Company
