Construction Project Manager – Lead High-Impact Development for the Jcorp Design Build Team

The Opportunity You will serve as a central leader for the Jcorp Design Build Team, orchestrating the successful delivery of premier commercial and residential projects. This role gives you the authority to manage diverse portfolios from planning through completion while ensuring the highest quality standards for our growing Iowa operations. You will be the primary bridge between visionary design and physical construction, making a tangible impact on the communities where we build.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from initial site planning through final delivery and client turnover.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to align field execution with design intent.

  • Identify and resolve complex logistical or technical issues early to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures across every job site.

  • Provide regular, detailed project updates and financial reports to both company leadership and valued clients.
