Job Summary:
Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success.
Responsibilities:
• Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
Requirements:
•3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
•Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
