  • Working with a team of multidisciplinary engineers.
  • Leading the development of transportation project plans for public infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE Required.
  • 5-10 years of progressive roadway engineering analysis and design experience.
  • Project experience with State DOT's required and municipal experience a plus.
  • Multi-modal and Complete Streets design experience a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
  • Business Development experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Public presentation experience preferred.
  • Experience with proposal writing, scope of work development, and budgeting
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
