Century Mechanical Holdings is expanding throughout Florida, and we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a strong plumbing background, know how to estimate projects, and have experience leading field crews, we want to hear from you!This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career with a growing company where you can take ownership of your projects and make an impact.


What You'll Do

  • Manage plumbing projects from estimating through completion
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overall project costs
  • Perform material takeoffs and assist with proposals and pricing
  • Lead and coordinate plumbing crews of approximately 5–10 plumbers
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Track budgets, job costs, productivity, and project progress
  • Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and other trades
  • Manage change orders and project documentation
  • Ensure projects meet quality, code, and safety requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of plumbing industry experience preferred
  • Travel between Fort Myers, FL and Davie, FL REQUIRED
  • Experience as a Plumbing Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or similar role
  • Strong plumbing estimating and material takeoff experience
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing blueprints and construction plans
  • Experience leading and managing plumbing crews
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codes
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
