We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager located at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility in Division 8 Commercial Doors and Hardware. The Project Manager will work with our estimators in setting up project files, coordinating, sending, and tracking submittals. Maintaining job scheduling thru ordering process, fabrication, and installation. Past experience with construction-based accounting software systems will be advantageous, as will experience with the A/P and A/R functions common to the General and Sub-Contractor industry. We regard a Construction Management degree highly, but it is not a requirement. An ability and eagerness to interface directly with clients and help us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace is critical.

Responsibilities
โ€ข Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
โ€ข Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
โ€ข Plan construction operations to ensure deadlines will be met
โ€ข Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Skills
โ€ข Project Management experience
โ€ข In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
โ€ข Good knowledge of MS Office
