Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale digital platform engagement spanning UX, Web, Mobile, Backend, and Quality Engineering. This role will own project planning, execution, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple parallel workstreams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background managing complex digital product implementations, working with cross-functional Agile teams, and driving successful deliveries with fixed launch timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and on-time execution throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate activities across UX, Web, Mobile, Backend, and QA teams to ensure successful parallel execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, delivery roadmaps, dependency tracking, and risk registers.
  • Identify project risks, manage mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively.
  • Manage resource planning and staffing transitions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with client-side Product, Business, and Technical stakeholders to drive timely decisions and approvals.
  • Monitor project scope and proactively manage change requests to prevent scope creep.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project status meetings, executive updates, and governance reviews.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health.
  • Coordinate release readiness activities and production deployment planning.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including knowledge transfer and transition to client operational teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Project Management or Delivery Management experience in digital product development.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across:
    • UX/UI
    • Web Development
    • Mobile Development
    • Backend Engineering
    • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Strong experience delivering projects under Time & Materials (T&M), Staff Augmentation, or Consulting engagement models.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects with fixed launch dates and multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing digital transformation or customer-facing platform implementations.
  • Experience with third-party platform integrations such as:
    • Loyalty Platforms
