Job description

This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation while ensuring alignment with Transformation Office objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Develops detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and communication strategies to support successful project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinates meetings, project activities, and deliverables among internal departments, leadership teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Identifies project risks, barriers, and dependencies and implements mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruption and maintain project progress.
  • Monitors project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics and provides regular updates to leadership regarding project status, issues, and outcomes.
  • Facilitates process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying operational efficiencies, and supporting change management efforts.
  • Maintains project documentation, tracking tools, and reporting records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and organizational consistency.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analyses in support of transformation work as directed by the VP of Transformation.
QualificationsEDUCATION
  • Bachelors degree required.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience or similar leadership required.
  • Experience in a healthcare industry preferred.
LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools, particulary PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in SmartSheet or similar program desireable.
