PrimaryFunction:

The primary function of this position is to support the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects, with a focus on large-scale digital transformation initiatives such as ERP implementations and migrations. This roleis responsible forcoordinating project activities,maintainingproject documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

This position willassistin implementing project management standards, tools, and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizationalobjectives.The role will support the company's mission, values, purpose, and vision at all times.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain open communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors.

  • Support large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

  • Develop andmaintainproject plans, timelines, status reports, and risk/issue logs.

  • Track project progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays asappropriate.

  • Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

  • Assistin resource coordination and taskassignmentsacross project teams.

  • Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts, including requirements, test plans, and implementation plans.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, including scheduling, communication, and issue tracking.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure deliverables meet contractual expectations.

  • Support change management efforts, including communication plans, training coordination, and user readiness activities.

  • Monitor project budgets andassistwith tracking project-related expenses.

  • Promote adherence to project management methodologies, tools, and governance standards.

  • Comply withany reasonable Executive or Management request.

Competencies: 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills  

  • Understanding of project management principles (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)  

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or IT project support roles  

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP implementations or migrations) preferred  

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Epicor, ProducePro, or similar)  

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, and IT  

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project  

  • Exposure to change management practices and user training coordination  

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
