From single-room installations to multi-site enterprise deployments, our team takes pride in solving complex challenges and building lasting relationships.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from kickoff through successful completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can coordinate customers, field technicians, vendors, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and internal teams while keeping projects on track.

Experience in the low-voltage, technology integration, construction, or a similar industry is preferred, but not required. We’re open to candidates with strong project management skills who are eager to learn our industry and grow with our team.

Position Overview

This is an in-house position based out of our Irvine office. The majority of responsibilities will be office-based; however, the position may require travel to customer and job sites for project meetings, site walks, coordination, material delivery or pickup, and general project support.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects from initial kickoff through closeout while maintaining clear communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects from kickoff through completion and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and field technicians.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project.
  • Communicate project status, schedules, changes, and expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinate project logistics and ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Pick up or drop off materials as necessary to support project execution.
  • Visit job sites for project meetings, site walks, inspections, coordination, and general project support.
  • Review project scopes, drawings, proposals, and documentation to understand project requirements.
  • Work closely with estimators and designers to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to resolve questions, issues, and changing site conditions.
  • Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
  • Track project budgets, costs, labor, materials, and overall project performance.
  • Identify potential project risks, delays, and scope issues and take proactive steps to address them.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout materials.
  • Assist with change orders, additional work, and customer requests as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and distributors regarding materials, lead times, pricing, and availability.
  • Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Support service requests and other customer needs when required.

Contribute to improving project management processes and overall company operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in project management, project coordination, construction, technology integration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the low-voltage industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable visiting active job sites and working around construction environments.
  • Willingness to learn low-voltage technologies and industry practices.
  • Clean driving record is required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in structured cabling, audiovisual, networking, security, access control, surveillance, or other low-voltage systems.
  • Experience in commercial construction, electrical, telecommunications, or technology integration.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and project specifications.
  • Experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar project management/business management software is a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Experience working directly with commercial customers and vendors.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented. They take ownership of their projects, communicate clearly, pay close attention to details, and understand that successful project management is about keeping people, materials, schedules, and expectations aligned from start to finish.
