Low Voltage Project Manager Low-voltage cabling contractor, specializing in the design and installation of structured cabling systems throughout virtually every industry is currently seeking for a Project Manager. Looking for a motivated self-starter who can plan, direct, and coordinate activities of cabling projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate project teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Consult with management and review project RFPs to determine goals, time frames, required labor and materials, procedures for accomplishing project and allotment of additional resources.- Perform site surveys on potential projects as needed- Review blueprints to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects.- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.- Attend construction meetings on assigned projects and communicate effectively with the customer as well as other trades on the project- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers- Coordinate materials requirements and timeframes with the Warehouse Manager- Compile and organize all project documentation for all projects and provide deliverables packet to customers- Tracks and documents technician timesheets for all projects
