Project Architect
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8-5
We are seeking a Project Architect to lead design efforts and manage projects from concept through construction. This role blends technical design expertise with project leadership-owning deliverables, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and manage medium-to-large projects across all phases
- Evaluate design solutions and ensure alignment with client goals and project requirements
- Lead project meetings, site visits, and ongoing communication efforts
- Review plans, reports, and technical work from internal teams and consultants
- Oversee renderings and visual presentations for client review
- Mentor junior architectural staff and support team development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect in the US
- 3+ years of experience as an architect for commercial projects
- Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Preferences:
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project management tools
- Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
