B&N Senior Project Manager - Architect Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review and approve architectural design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
  • PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
