Analyzes information to be processed. Defines and analyzes problems and develop Project Initiation Phase to Project Closeout. The Project Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to discuss Project prioritization and resourcing. The ServiceNow Project Manager should have high level knowledge of Generative AI and ServiceNow Now Assist to be able to support AI projects that will be in implementation in the near future. The ServiceNow Project Manager will be responsible to remove blockers and ensure that the team has all the support required to move forward on project tasks. The Project Manager will review tasks and risks with the team and provide coaching and guidance to Project Team Members.
