Responsibilities
  • Manage and track internal and external Lists of Open Points (LOPs) to drive resolution and maintain project momentum.
  • Oversee cost planning, optimization, and tracking, ensuring adherence to in-house specifications and SAP systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project partners. Facilitate kickoffs, status updates, approvals, and change management meetings.
  • Conduct in-depth risk analysis and implement preventative measures to address potential project challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans focusing on budget, timelines, and quality to ensure on‑time delivery of project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or automation), Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the manufacturing or automation industry, specifically serving automotive clients.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies (robotics, PLCs, etc.).
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Suite.
