Position Overview:
Jedson Engineering is seeking Senior Project Manager/Project Director to lead multi-discipline engineering projects supporting large capital investments. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing projects from early-stage development through detailed design and project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large capital projects through all FEL (Front-End Loading) phases and into detailed design, procurement and construction management.
  • Utilize Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles to support construction planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking tools to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive problem solving.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in an engineering environment.
  • Proven experience with large-scale capital projects and engineering team coordination.
  • Deep understanding of FEL phases and AWP methodology.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer and /or PMP certification is a plus.
