Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee all project activities on-site, from initial planning through execution and completion. Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines.

  • Installation and Configuration: Supervise the installation and configuration of automation systems and joining technologies. Conduct testing to validate system performance.

  • Team Management: Coordinate the efforts of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors on-site. Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation. Address and resolve any issues that arise promptly.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets FFT’s quality and safety standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and user manuals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency. Gather client feedback and adjust project deliverables as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in automation or joining technologies.

  • Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and joining technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
