As a full-time Regional Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Project Managers and Project Assistants across the assigned region. The role provides operational leadership, people leadership, and customer oversight while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality project management services aligned with business objectives You will act as the primary point of contact for project management activities and work closely with internal stakeholders including the Global Director of Project Management, regional leadership, Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT and other cross-functional teams.


This role is instrumental in creating a scalable regional management structure that enables sustainable business growth, strong employee engagement and consistent customer experience. This is a role that works collaboratively as part of both a local and global team in North America.


What will you do?


  • Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Project Managers and Project Assistants.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through regular coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
  • Conduct performance reviews, development planning and talent assessments.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing and retention.
  • Identify future leaders and actively support succession planning.
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation and workforce planning across the region.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and integration of new team members.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Work experience within the CRO/pharma industry are a plus
