Compensation Range: 81,700-120,000 

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.  

Job Purpose

The Sales Excellence Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Sales Excellence initiatives. This role ensures structured delivery of enablement programmes, driving consistency, governance, and adoption across the organisation. The Project Manager works cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Sales Excellence programmes
  • Define scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations)
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives
  • Lead programme governance and cadence meetings
  • Ensure adoption and execution of enablement initiatives
  • Maintain programme tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com)
  • Support communication and alignment across global teams
  • Monitor programme performance and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
  • 3-5+ years of project management or programme coordination experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Experience in sales enablement or commercial programmes
  • Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies
