Role et Responsabilité

Exécution de projet :

  • Effectuer la revue du scope du projet et comparer avec le devis lors du transfert du projet du groupe Commercial à la gestion de projet.
  • Diriger la réunion de lancement du projet avec tous les contributeurs internes et attribuer les rôles et responsabilités.
  • Diriger la réunion de lancement avec le client pour communiquer la nature du travail qui sera effectué et clarifier tout problème dans la commande.
  • Coordonner toutes les activités liées au projet incluant les activités site
  • Suivre les dépenses du projet par rapport au budget (coût, matériaux, main-d’œuvre)
  • Diriger et rédiger les résumés des réunions de suivi du projet (internes et externes).
  • Préparer et présenter les revues de projets au management de l’organisation
  • Communiquer et informer régulièrement le client de l’avancement du projet.
  • Gérer les contrats de sous-traitance site
  • Suivi avec le service des achats et approvisionnement sur les livraisons fournisseurs
  • Suivi des dérogations du projet, négocier les variations aux contrats
  • Effectuer la facturation conformément aux termes du contrat.
  • Produire le rapport d’analyse post-mortem du projet.
  • Effectuer la clôture administrative du projet.

Qualifications requises

Ce rôle nécessite une expérience significative dans la gestion de projet. Le niveau de connaissance est comparable à un diplôme de maîtrise universitaire ou d’un collège accrédité.

Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire spécialisé en génie électrique ou mécanique

minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avérée en gestion de projet (pertinente pour le poste)

Bilingue

· Maîtrise à l'oral et à l'écrit - anglais et français

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Delivery :

· Perform Project scope review and compare with the GE quote upon transfer of the project file from the Commercial group to Project management.

· Lead the project kick-off meeting with all internal contributors and assign roles and responsibilities.

· Lead the customer kick-off meeting to communicate the nature of the work that will be done and clarify any issues in the order.

· Coordinate all activities related to the project, including field activities

· Follow project spend vs budget (cost, materials, labor)

· Lead and draft project follow-up meeting summaries (internal and external).

· Prepare and Lead project reviews to organisation management

· Communicate and inform the customer of project progress on a regular basis.

· Manage subcontractors for field activities

· Follow-up with GE procurement department on supplier deliveries

· Follow-up on the project derogations, negotiate contract change orders

· Perform invoicing according to the contract terms.

· Produce the project Post-Mortem analysis report.

· Perform the administrative closing of the project.

Required Qualifications

· This role requires significant experience in the Project. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.

· Hold a University degree specialized in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Field

· Minimum 5 years of Project management experience (relevant to the role)

· Lead and draft project follow-up meeting summaries (internal and external).

Bilingual

· Proficiency Spoken & Written - English and French
