Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the support team to ensure, enact, and validate project execution in accordance with Department of Navy requirements and within time constraints. The
Project Manager will:
Provide project scheduling, resource loading, on-site personnel management,
Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified and mitigated.
Plan and direct tasks, as well as perform on-site supervision of subordinates, when required.
Determine resource requirements and costs.
Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
Monitor progress of task and prepare progress reports.
Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified mitigated.
Validate and verify work products and services of subordinates meets with expectations and requirements.
