Are you highly skilled in working with data, dashboards and digital tools? Do you enjoy bringing structure to a complex project environment and helping leaders make informed decisions? Then this role as PMO Program Manager could be your next step. Come and join our team in Wommelgem, Belgium.

As PMO/Program Manager, you are responsible for maintaining oversight of our project portfolio and ensuring that projects are aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives. You transform project data into actionable insights, enabling management and project teams to make well-informed decisions.

You will act as the central coordination point between project managers, functional teams and leadership, ensuring visibility of project performance, risks, resource utilization and key milestones. Through accurate reporting, portfolio governance and continuous improvement, you help drive successful project execution across the organization.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and digital skills who is eager to grow into a broader strategic PMO or Portfolio Management position in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain end-to-end visibility of the project and program portfolio.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
  • Collect, analyse and consolidate project data into meaningful insights.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, risks and resource utilization.
  • Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and portfolio insights.
  • Ensure consistent governance, reporting standards and project management processes.
  • Identify portfolio-wide risks, dependencies and escalation points.
  • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management tools, reporting methods and decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Affinity with AI applications and digital technologies that improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a project, PMO, portfolio management or business analytics environment is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and ambition to develop towards a more strategic PMO leadership role.
