We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to support the day-to-day accounting, financial, and administrative operations of a growing restoration company. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong QuickBooks and accounting experience who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting and financial administration.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure bills are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide visibility into the company’s financial position.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the office and leadership team.
  • Coordinate office processes, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Help ensure financial and administrative processes remain accurate and organized.
Requirements:
  • Strong QuickBooks experience.
  • Strong accounting and financial management background.
  • Experience with invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Restoration experience preferred.
  • Construction, insurance, property management, or service-industry accounting experience is a plus.
