We have been family owned and operated for over 35 years and strive to make sure we give back to our community, as they have supported us along the way. Requirements
  • Accounting experience required
  • High School degree required; Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A working knowledge of administrative positions.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well with personnel and vendors to resolve problems.
Responsibilities
  • Strong accounting background including preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries and reconciliations, daily bank entries, oversee payables and receivables.
  • Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Confidentiality, dependability and the ability to multi-task are a must.
  • Analyzing internal processes and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
  • Acquiring, distributing and storing supplies
  • Planning, administering and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
