THE MARKETING INTERN OPPORTUNITY 
Turner Construction's Toronto office is seeking a full-time, Marketing Intern (4 -8 months). The role requires availability to work on-site or at the head office, Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week, and will report to the Marketing Manager.

About the Role
The Marketing &Communications Intern will support the business unit marketing team withactivities related to business development, proposals, communications, andevent coordination.

This role provides hands-on experienceacross proposal development, content creation, and marketing operations in afast-paced, project-based environment. The intern will contribute to bothinternal and external initiatives, gaining exposure to how marketing andcommunications support business growth and project delivery.
What You'll Do
Business Development & ProposalSupport
- Assist in the production of proposals, presentations, and prequalification materials
- Support content development, formatting, and organization of pursuit materials
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand standards
Content & Communications
- Draft and edit communications, including monthly newsletters, project updates, and marketing content
- Assist in building presentations and visual materials for internal and external audiences
Research & Data Management
- Conduct research to support pursuits and marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including project profiles, resumes, and client information
- Support tracking of leads, opportunities, and project information
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with planning and organizing internal and external events
- Support logistics, communications, invitations, and post-event follow-ups
Marketing Operations & BrandSupport
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and graphics
- Support digital asset management and social media marketing efforts
- Help maintain brand standards across all materials and communications
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support the planning and organization of internal and external events
- Assist with logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-ups
