Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Architect, GPMO to join our team to develop and implement custom solutions to support and improve Global PMO operational processes, methods, and tools. Lead initiatives to resolve issues systemic to the broad portfolio and improve process efficiencies to drive key business metrics.

Responsibilities Application Design & Development
  • Design and build custom applications using Google AppSheet based on business requirements
  • Ensure apps are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user needs
  • Implement features such as forms, workflows, and dashboards to enhance functionality
Data Integration & Management
  • Connect applications to various data sources including AppSheet Database, Excel, and SQL databases
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all integrated systems
  • Create and manage data models to support app functionality
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with business users to gather and refine application requirements
  • Translate non-technical needs into functional app features
  • Provide regular updates and incorporate feedback throughout the development process
Maintenance & Optimization
  • Monitor app performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Implement updates and enhancements based on user feedback and evolving needs
  • Ensure apps remain compliant with organizational standards and best practices
User Support & Training
  • Provide training sessions and documentation to support user adoption
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Promote best practices for using AppSheet and related tools
Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience or certification leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for process solutions / automation, and/or data mining and analysis is strongly preferred.
Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or equivalent required
  • Google AppSheet Certification preferred
  • Design for Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma / Design Thinking experience preferred
  • Certifications utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for process solutions, process automation and/or data mining and analysis is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong communication skills to communicate complex topics effortlessly with Global Leaders
  • Ability to take directions, lead teams, and drive for results
  • Demonstrated expertise creating executive level presentations
