Job description

At Barge Design Solutions, we are seeking dynamic andexperienced Project Managers for civil site/land development projects in ourPrivate Client Center. We have opportunities available for both mid-level andsenior-level project managers who are passionate about leading projects,driving results, and delivering excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development and project management efforts, including proposal development, project design, contract negotiation, and meeting attendance throughout all project phases.

Develop and manage contracts, including subcontracts, ensuring compliance with Barge terms.

Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans and track project budgets, contracts, billing, and schedules.

Implement and execute Quality Programs.

Review project reports and findings, making necessary modifications.

Create conceptual site plans and designs, provide technical engineering guidance, and resolve project challenges.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, developing project scopes and proposals, coordinating events, leading meetings, and delivering final projects to clients.

Occasionally function as an engineering technical lead on projects.

Achieve profitability goals in support of Barge's business and strategic plans.

Mentor and build employee capabilities.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others.

Exemplify our core values in daily actions and promote a positive workplace culture.

Perform other duties as requested.
